MODEL: FY 2000A SUPER HIGH-SPEED OVERLOCK SEWING MACHINES
FY 2000A-3 Suitable for overlocking of trousers and other basic sewing.
FY 2000A-4 Suitable for operation of underwears of hosiery and insertion of tape.
FY 2000A-5 Suitable for straight sewing of trousers, nightwear and sportswear.
FY 2000A-5H Suitable for side and inner cotter sewing of extra heavy cowboy suit, with double-board presser foot for extra heavy-thickness material.
The needle bar suffers oil leaking easily when the machine runs at high speed it adopts forced oil-returning device to ensure the sufficient lubrication of the needle bar and also to prevent the needle bar from suffering oil leaking effectively.
Outside-mounted rocker can make the adjustment of the upper looper easy. It makes the oil supply the rocker uniformly and ensure the sufficient lubrication of the rocker, and forbids oil leaking at the same time.
HR silicon oil device makes synthetic fibre thread, which is of weak heat resistance, applicable to high-speed sewing machine, prevents thread breakage and cloth melting at high degree, and makes the suture stable and beautiful.
